Hadron engaged Bramble and Bird during a critical phase of its market launch. As a new insurance carrier scaling across the United States and the United Kingdom, Hadron needed foundational systems, repeatable processes, and a dedicated execution team to bring strategic initiatives to life.

We built a scalable operating framework using Monday.com and other tools to support collaboration, onboarding, documentation, and acquisition integration. As Hadron expanded, Bramble and Bird provided a full project management team, embedding fractional and full-time contributors in roles such as Chief Project Officer, Technical Project Manager, Underwriting Manager, Information Security PM, and Talent Acquisition Lead.

This team implemented core platforms like the BDX data exchange, designed the information security roadmap, launched Hadron UK's web presence, and accelerated underwriting and onboarding for new insurance programs. Our integrated support gave Hadron the structure, expertise, and velocity to meet operational goals and confidently enter new markets.
