How we Work
Retainer
For most clients, we act as a fractional team that can flex talent and hours based on business needs. To have the most impact, we sign quarterly statements of work at an estimated amount of fractional hours for 1-4 team members.
Hourly
For new clients and intermittent task-based work or coaching sessions, we sell packages of 20 hours clients draw from over time.
Project Based
When clients have a well-defined scope of work for a specific project for which hours and level of effort are easily estimated. In this case, we offer a flat fee that can be broken up into milestone installments.
Hourly Pricing
Pricing is calculated based on number of retained, purchased, or estimated hours as described above. We make an effort to provide affordable and impactful services to clients who need us most.

They may posses relevant masters level education or certifications. Our project, product, and operations executives must have Agile training and experience.

Our principals have years of experience as a corporate Director level or higher in any functional area, management consulting, or ~15 years+ experience in their relevant function. They have a strategic mindset and financial competency. They may posses relevant masters level education or certifications. Our project, product, and operations principals must have Agile training and experience.

Our senior PMs have years of experience as a corporate program manager or senior level project manager over complex portfolios of work. They may possess PM certifications or an MBA. They must demonstrate Agile competency. This includes cyber security, operations, technical, and specialized PMs.
