Each Teach, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing employment for marginalized communities, brought in Bramble and Bird to support its pursuit of CARF accreditation and its strategic goal of becoming a licensed Supported Employment Program in the State of Maryland.

We supported the executive team to provide strategic planning, policy development, and standards implementation aligned to CARF requirements. This included leading weekly planning sessions, creating and refining operational protocols and manuals, and facilitating progress tracking through monthly service activity reports.

This engagement gave Each Teach the structure, tools, and momentum to institutionalize quality standards and strengthen its position as a provider of equitable, trauma-informed employment services, enabling Each Teach to pursue increased funding opportunities.
