Founder & Managing Principal

Ann Boger has been a founder or first hire for 5 companies and has launched over a dozen successful initiatives, including a social-purpose health insurance company, a retirement program, a tech services firm, a medical practice, and embedded DEI programs for insurance professionals.

She founded Bramble and Bird in response to the growing insurance talent crisis, offering more flexible and creative options for the regulated startup ecosystem. Her model empowers seasoned professionals to grow careers on their own terms while leveraging their niche areas of expertise for a broad range of insurance, healthcare and social purpose clients facing volatile market conditions.
